Tema yang diangkat dalam rangkaian acara KKA 2010 adalah “Arhitecture for Public” yang berbicara tentang arsitektur untuk kepentingan publik atau mas yar akat  banyak.  Rangkaian kegiatan ini mengambil preseden Singapura dan melakukan paska KKA berupa pameran arsitektur di Atrium Ambarukmo Plaza selama 3 hari.
